Which items are refundable?
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition and returned in their original packaging.
Please note, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and discounted items are non-refundable.
Free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable.
Are there any charges for returning my item?
We will not charge you for returning your item, however you must pay the cost of the return shipping.
The exact price of this will depend on the item you are returning, your location and your chosen shipping method.
If you are shipping a high-value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for any returned items that do not reach us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
How soon will I get my refund?

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within 30 days of our confirmation that the refund has been sent, please contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will do this within 1 year of purchase, under our Terms of Warranty.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 365 days of receipt.
Photographic or videographic evidence of the damage or defects is required before a replacement can be approved.
